Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) Annual Meetings 2022: 40th Meeting of the Council, 20th General Assembly and Side Events

The Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) in consultation with the State Bank of Pakistan announced that the planned IFSB Annual Meetings 2022 that were scheduled from 23 May to 25 May 2022 in Islamabad, Pakistan will now be held in virtual format (online) on Thursday, 9 June 2022. The side events including the Regulators Roundtable that were initially scheduled to take place alongside the 20th General Assembly and 40th Meeting of the Council are deferred to another date that the Secretariat will announce in due course. We are also pleased to update the timing of the 40th Meeting of the Council and 20th General Assembly as follows: 40th Meeting of the Council Time: 2:00 PM, Pakistan Time 20th General Assembly Time: 4:15 PM, Pakistan Time Participation in the General Assembly and Council meeting is by invitation only.
