The Technical Committee of the Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB), has approved the issuance of an Exposure Draft on Corporate Governance for public comments. The IFSB will allow a period of about 5 months to receive comments from the public. During the exposure period, the IFSB will hold workshops and public hearings to encourage interactive and dialogue-based comments from the public.
