27 July 2021, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – The IFSB is pleased to announce that the ninth edition of its flagship publication – Islamic Financial Services Industry (IFSI) Stability Report 2021 will be launched during its 2nd CEO’s Forum, via online platform on 18 August 2021 at 15:30 (MYT).
The launching of this ninth edition of the IFSI Stability Report will be during the 2nd IFSB CEO’s Forum, which is interactive online discussion, providing direct engagement with subject matter experts and sharing of country and organisational experiences.
The IFSB’s IFSI Stability Report series, which was first launched in 2013, has become an important benchmark publication, providing an assessment of the growth, development, and stability of the IFSI. The objective of this flagship Report is anchored on the IFSB’s mandate to promote the development of a prudent and resilient IFSI.
The forum aims to bring together industry leaders across the globe from different sectors to discuss their experiences, challenges created by the COVID-19 pandemic as well as new opportunities by forcing the IFSI to adapt to rapidly evolving market conditions and speeding up the pace of emerging trends in socially responsible investing, sustainability, and digitalization to mitigate the impact of the outbreak.
