Application Procedure

Applicants are required to complete the following three documents:

  1. Application Form - to provide details about the applicant, nature of its business activities and contact persons.
  2. Form of Legal Confirmation - to confirm the legal status of the applicant.
  3. Membership agreement - to seal a commitment to a membership with the IFSB.

The membership documents shall be submitted to the Secretariat of the IFSB at the following address:

or email a pdf copy of such to [email protected] or fax to +603 91951405.

Applicants will be notified on the status of their admission subject to the approval by the IFSB Council.
