SUMMARY:24th Workshop of the Task Force on Prudential and Structural Islamic Financial Indicators (PSIFIs)
DESCRIPTION:The Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) is pleased to invite the PSIFIs members to the IFSB 24th Workshop of the Task Force on Prudential and Structural Islamic Financial Indicators (PSIFIs)\, taking place on 24 and 25 September 2026 in Istanbul\, Türkiye. \n\n\n\nThis two-day\, in-person workshop will provide a valuable platform for participants to deepen their technical knowledge\, strengthen practical capabilities and exchange experiences. \n\n\n\nWhy Attend? \n\n\n\nThrough expert-led presentations\, practical exercises and focused discussions\, the workshop will help participants strengthen their understanding of current developments and emerging issues relating to PSIFIs. \n\n\n\nParticipants will have the opportunity to: \n\n\n\n\nEnhance their knowledge of PSIFIs data compilation and reporting\n\n\n\nStrengthen the accuracy\, consistency and comparability of reported data\n\n\n\nDiscuss current challenges and developments affecting PSIFIs\n\n\n\nExchange practical experiences and good practices with participants from other jurisdictions\n\n\n\nParticipate in sector-specific and technical discussions\n\n\n\nGain hands-on experience with the new IFSB Data Portal\n\n\n\nDevelop a clearer understanding of the data submission process through the new system\n\n\n\nStrengthen their knowledge of PSIFIs data compilation and reporting\n\n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nPractical Training on the New IFSB Data Portal \n\n\n\nThe workshop will be dedicated for practical training on the new IFSB Data Portal. Participants will be guided through the data submission process and will have the opportunity to apply their learning through hands-on exercises.
