ورشة عمل تسهيل تفعيل المعايير (ساحل العاج)

تم تصميم ورشة عمل تسهيل تفعيل المعايير الصادرة عن مجلس الخدمات المالية الإسلامية خصيصًا للمجلس الإقليمي للمدخرات العامة والأسواق المالية. والجدير بالذكر أن ورشة العمل الممتدة على مدى خمسة أيام ستغطي المعايير الآتية: والجدير بالذكر أن ورشة العمل الممتدة على مدى ثلاثة أيام ستغطي المعايير الآتية:

• مقدمة عن التمويل الإسلامي
• مقدمة عن سوق رأس المال الإسلامي
• المعيار رقم 1 المبادئ الإرشادية لإدارة المخاطر للمؤسسات (عدا مؤسسات التأمين) التي تقتصر على تقديم خدمات مالية إسلامية
• المعيار رقم 6: المبادئ الإرشادية لضوابط برامج الاستثمار الجماعي الإسلامي
• المعيار رقم 9: المبادئ الإرشادية لسلوكيات العمل للمؤسسات التي تقدم خدمات مالية إسلامية
• المعيار رقم 15: المعيار المعدل لكفاية رأس المال للمؤسسات التي تقدم خدمات مالية إسلامية عدا مؤسسات التأمين الإسلامي (التكافل) وبرامج الاستثمار الجماعي الإسلامي
• المعيار رقم 19: المبادئ الإرشادية الخاصة بمتطلبات الإفصاح لمنتجات سوق رأس المال الإسلامي (الصكوك وبرامج الاستثمار الجماعي الإسلامي)
• مسودة المعيار رقم 21: المبادئ الأساسية لتنظيم التمويل الإسلامي (قطاع سوق رأس المال الإسلامي)

وبشكل عام، فإن ورشة العمل هذه تهدف إلى تحقيق الآتي:

1. تعزيز فهم المشاركين للمعايير والمبادئ الإرشادية الصادرة عن مجلس الخدمات المالية الإسلامية، مما يساعد على تسهيل تفعيل هذه المعايير في دولهم.
2. مساعدة المشاركين على التطبيق العملي للقضايا التي تناولتها المعايير وذلك من خلال عرض دراسات حالة، وعمل تدريبات جماعية، فضلاً عن الاستعانة بأدوات تفاعلية أخرى.
3. تشجيع تبادل الخبرات بين المشاركين بشأن تفعيل المعايير والمبادئ الإرشادية الصادرة عن مجلس الخدمات المالية الإسلامية.
