مجلس الخدمات المالية الإسلامية يطلق ورش عمل إقليمية عبر الإنترنت للمتحدثين باللغة العربية والفرنسية والروسية لشهر فبراير 2024.

Kuala Lumpur, 19 January 2024 – The Islamic Financial Services Board (IFSB) is kicking off its 2024 series of Facilitating the Implementation of the IFSB Standards (FIS) Workshop, beginning with regional sessions on 7 and 8 February 2024.

The upcoming regional workshops will be conducted online and are targeted towards regulatory and supervisory authorities, as well as the market players that are members of the IFSB, particularly among the Arabic, French and Russian-speaking regions.

Details of the Regional Workshops are as follows:

• 7 February 2024 IFSB Regional FIS Workshop in Arabic (Online)
  Time: 4.00pm – 5.50pm (GMT+8)
  Topic: TN-5 – Technical Note on Shari’ah-Compliant-Liquidity-Risk-Management Tools

• 8 February 2024 IFSB Regional FIS Workshop in French (Online)
  Time: 10.00am – 11.50am (UTC +1)
  Topic: GN-7 – Guidance Note on Shari’ah-Compliant Lender-of-Last-Resort (SLOLR) Facilities

• 8 February 2024 IFSB Regional FIS Workshop in Russian (Online)
  Time: 10.00am – 11.50am (UTC +3)
  Topic: Liquidity Risk Management for Institutions offering Islamic Financial Services (IIFS)

Since its launch in 2007, the FIS Workshop has been an integral part of the IFSB’s efforts to facilitate the implementation of its Standards among member countries.
