The Secretariat has secured a wide range of accommodation in close proximity to the Seminar venue with special consideration on security, accessibility, and price. Total of 150 rooms have been blocked at 3 hotels as shown on the map below. Different types of various grades are available to accommodate different budgets and all hotels will offer specially discounted room rates for the participants of Seminar on Islamic Finance.

Deadline for hotel reservation is January 5, 2009.
To make a hotel reservation, please complete the hotel registration form and send it by email or fax to the FSS Secretariat Office (Fax: 3786-7286 Email: sueh.kim@fss.or.kr). The hotel reservation will be made on a first-come first-served basis.
All reservation must be guaranteed by deposit of one night payment or credit card information must be given in advanced to secure room reservation. Total payment will be made directly upon checking out in Korean Won.

Cancellation Policy

Should you fail to cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, or if you do not arrive on the confirmed arrival date, your credit card will be charged in the amount of one night room charge. Please make all changes and cancellations in writing to the secretariat.

How to get to seminar venue

By Bus

Deluxe Limousine Bus is the most convenient way to travel from Incheon International Airport to the venue. You may get information on limousine buses and purchase bus tickets at the Transportation Information Counter (near the exit No. 2, 4, 9, and 13) on the arrival floor (1st Fl.) of passenger terminal.

By Taxi

Alternatively, participants can take a regular (white or silver-gray sedan) taxi or a deluxe (black sedan) taxi to the hotel. To take a taxi, please use the taxi stop in front of the passenger terminal of Incheon International Airport. There are no additional charges when crossing regional borders between cities or provinces. Expressway fees (KRW 7,100) shall be charged by the passenger. From midnight to 4 a.m., a 20% extra surcharge is added to the fare for regular taxis, not for deluxe taxis. Translation services are available upon request and a receipt can be issued.
